10 Things Making My Life Better This Spring (Products + Habits I’m Loving)

Tbh, I was debating whether or not to do a seasonal favorites episode this year because I’m really trying to lean into intentional spending in 2026. I’m tired of constantly decluttering. I don’t want to accidentally contribute to the “you need this to be happy” energy.

But the truth is: you always tell me this is one of your favorite quarterly episodes!

So we’re doing it,… just with a twist 👀.

Instead of 10 products, I’m sharing 10 things genuinely making my life better this spring, a mix of products and habits. Some cost money. Some cost nothing. All of them are actually improving my day-to-day life.

K, enough prefacing! Let’s get into it!

1. Wilde Protein Chips

I’ve tried so many protein chips, and most of them taste like disappointment.

These? Crunchy. Flavorful. Not styrofoamy (IYKYK). Made from chicken breast, egg whites, and bone broth. Around 13–14g of protein per bag.

My favorite flavors:

  • BBQ

  • Buffalo

  • Nashville Hot

Perfect for the car, so I don’t get hangry in traffic (ANOTHER IYKYK).

2. Actually Playing With My Daughter

Instead of just watching my daughter play, I’ve been joining in.

If she colors, I color.
If she kicks a soccer ball, I run with her.
If she wants to bounce in the bouncehouse, I bounce (on my knees, because we are not reckless, k).

It’s done wonders for my nervous system. It gets me out of my head and fully present. Lowkey been healing, tbh.

3. Owala Free Sip (40 oz)

I truly didn’t even mean to fall in love with this water bottle.

But:

  • It fits in my cupholder (non-negotiable).

  • It locks and is leak-proof.

  • The handle works perfectly for toddler mom life.

  • The straw design makes me want to drink water. (I can’t explain it, just trust me.)

Hydration is easier when the tool works for you??

4. Word Searches at Night

We’re in our analog era, besties!

I bought a Gilmore Girls word search book, and now I curl up at night and just… do word searches. No scrolling. No notifications. Just cozy, calm brain work.

It’s relaxing in a way Instagram could neverrr be.

5. Harmony by 1st Phorm

I ran out of this hormone support supplement for two weeks, and the mood difference was (unfortunately) noticeable.

For me, it:

  • Stabilizes mood swings

  • Softens emotional highs and lows

  • Supports hormonal balance

Autoship is now activated because we are not mentally spiraling on purpose!

6. Reading Substack Instead of Scrolling

If you haven’t hopped on the Substack train, but are tired of socials…maybe consider this your sign to get curious!

Substack feels like the good old blogging days met Pinterest.
Intentional. Calm. Thoughtful. Inspiring. Aesthetic. Ya know?

You subscribe to writers and their essays arrive in your inbox. No algorithm. No doom scroll.

It feels like a digital newspaper moment instead of content chaos.

🏷️ We might be showing up on Substack soon 👀

7. The Moves App

I was in a workout rut. Saw an ad. Tried the free trial. Stayed because it was that good.

You can:

  • Track weights

  • Choose 30 or 60-minute workouts

  • Customize home or gym

  • Follow structured programs

As a retired personal trainer, I can tell you the programming is solid.

8. Bamboo Hair Brush

I crushed my old brush on a trip (RIP), replaced it with bamboo, and now I’m obsessed!

Why? Less static.

That’s it. That’s the reason.

9. Shameless Snacks

I love candy, but I do not love sugar crashes.

These gummies:

  • 70–90 calories per bag

  • 3g sugar

  • Vegan

  • Gluten-free

The watermelon and sour peach flavors are elite!

10. Playing “The Game” with Adam

It’s hard to find good two-person games.

This one? SO FUN. You play against the game, not each other.

Again: analog evenings > passive screen time.
