Hi, I’m Jess, a recovering workaholic turned peaceful productivity coach. Before Hustle Sanely, I was constantly running on E, convinced the only way to achieve my dreams was to pour every ounce of myself into them, leaving nothing for myself or my loved ones.
On the outside, it looked like I was doing well. But behind the scenes, my life felt completely out of “balance”.
One night, my husband said something that felt like a gut punch: “Jess, I feel like I get the crumbs of you at the end of the day.”
And honestly? He was right.
That moment was a total wake-up call. I knew there had to be a better way to pursue my goals without sacrificing my well-being, my relationships, or the peaceful life I was trying so hard to build.
So, I created The Hustle Sanely Planning System™, a simple framework that helps you build habits and routines that reflect your real priorities so you can pursue your goals and still show up well for your life.
