But I wasn’t always proud of the way I showed up for mine. Let me rewind and take you back to my pre-Hustle Sanely days:

I was a workaholic running on fumes and I felt like a shell of a human in the name of making my dreams happen. I thought that the only way to achieve my goals was to pour every part of myself into them.

One night, my husband said to me, “Jess, I feel like I get the crumbs of you at the end of the day.” — and he wasn’t wrong.

Hearing that was like a sucker punch to the gut, and I knew things had to change. So, I created a system called The 5 Keys to Hustling Sanely™ to help women with full lives, like myself, trade running on fumes for intentionally designing our days, so we can stop the constant hustle and pursue our goals while showing up well for ourselves and our loved ones.

Before I started using The 5 Keys, did I look successful on the outside? You bet.

Was I thriving in life? Absolutely NOT.

My marriage was suffering.
My friendships were suffering.
My mental health was suffering.
My physical health was suffering.

And now that I’m on the other side of living in a constant cycle of burnout — I can 10/10 say that no goal is worth sacrificing ANY of those things.

My life looks and feels extremely different now. I know what my priorities are and how I spend time reflects those priorities.

  • The Hustle Sanely Lifestyle Course was created by combining and simplifying the The Hustle Sanely Kickstart Course / The Hustle Sanely Program / The Peacefully Productive Schedule Course. Some updates to the frameworks that are taught in those courses have been made since those courses were created and my coaching style has evolved since then, too!

    I don’t think you NEED to take this course if you’ve taken one of the older courses unless you’re really stoked on the idea of re-learning about The 5 Keys to Hustling Sanely™ from a new lens! I am confident that if you took an older course and signed up for this one, you’d glean some new knowledge about creating your peacefully productive life.

  • Yes — the self-study version of the course is always available for new students to enroll!

    The group coaching experience option is available 1-2 times per year.

  • Nope! This is a self-study/go-at-your-own-pace course :) And remember, you have lifetime access so no need to rush through it.

    Note: If you decide to do a live group coaching round of The Hustle Sanely Lifestyle Course, you will be given a suggested 8-week timeline to follow.

  • This course is housed in a professional, user-friendly learning platform called Kajabi. You will receive an email upon purchase with a link to create and log in to your account. From there you will have access to all the videos and training materials for life. Kajabi is a web-based platform with app options available.

  • 1-2 times per year, a live group coaching option is available. You’ll work through the content alongside other women who are creating their peacefully productive lives – we love community and accountability, ya know?

    Each round:

    • 8 weeks long, with bi-weekly Q+A group coaching calls that are streamed in our FB group

    • Access to a FB community for the duration of the live experience
