I bought two pairs of chunky Birks in the spring, and I’ve worn them multiple times a week ever since. They’re cute, comfy, and go with everything from dresses to denim.

I finally traded in my Nespresso for a real espresso machine and it’s changed my coffee game 🙌 I actually prefer my homemade drinks now — like my iced salted honey cappuccino or sparkling lemon espresso!

3. Post-Workout Smoothies
It’s way too hot in Florida for a warm post-workout meal, so smoothies have been my go-to. Two current faves: blueberry chia + strawberry banana. I use 1st Phorm's Phormula-1 for a smooth, high-quality protein that doesn’t upset my stomach.

Body butter in summer? No thanks. I’ve been loving this lightweight, fragrance-free lotion — technically made for babies, but it works like a dream for sweaty Florida days.

I didn’t believe the hype at first, but now I’m hooked. This detergent actually smells good and gets our clothes clean. I also use their dryer angels, dish powder, and soap.
