It honestly blows me away how many DMs I get on Instagram from people seeking advice on therapy. I didn’t realize there were so many people who felt a little bit lost when it comes to starting a therapy journey and while I’m no mental health professional, I’m more than happy to share my experience if it helps people to kind of find their way in getting the support they need for their mental health.
