Essential Oil Blends to Help with Anxiety

One of the main things I use essential oils for is to help with mood support…especially when I’m stressing and need to calm the heck down. My favorite way to use oils to help with stress is to diffuse them.

I feel like diffusing oils in a space changes the whole atmosphere. After I get my diffuser going, I close my eyes and take 3-5 deep breaths.

Now I’m not saying that essential oils are magic in a bottle (even though I think they are lol) but man can I feel a total difference when I do this.

Another thing I like to do is put a drop on my palms, rub them together, and take a deep inhale of them. This helps remind me to slow down and re-centers my thoughts.

My fave stress combating oils are:

  • Joy

  • Lavender

  • Harmony

  • Envision

  • Peace + Calming II

  • Stress Away

  • Any citrus oil (I’m particular to tangerine)

  • Frankincense

  • White Angelica

I tend to go for oils that help ground me when making stress fighting blends.
