Here’s what you can expect each quarter:

  • 1st Month of Every Quarter

    January • April • July • October

    At the start of a new quarter, a new topic will be announced 🎉 You will get a digital downloadable bundle with a workbook to use with the coaching sessions, a book recommendation that supports the topic, and a phone/desktop wallpaper. Jess will do a 60-90 minute live group training session on the topic.

  • 2nd Month of Every Quarter

    February • May • August • November

    In your downloadable workbook for the quarter, you will find action steps based on the topic that we learned about in month 1 for you to carry out in month 2. Around here, we are all about you implementing what you are learning! Jess will do a 60-90 minute hot seat group coaching call guiding you through specific scenarios and questions that you have related to that quarter’s topic to help you with taking action.

  • 3rd Month of Every Quarter

    March • June • September • December

    We bring in a guest expert to do a training on a Hustle Sanely-related topic (think: budgeting, organization, fitness, mental health, etc.) and a live Q&A session. We love being able to expand your personal development resources!

What else you get as a BFF:

  • A 60-90 minute live group coaching call each month. Month 1: Jess teaches on the quarterly topic; Month 2: Jess answers your questions on implementation; Month 3: A guest expert comes in to teach on a Hustle Sanely aligned topic

  • Quarterly digital downloadable bundle with a workbook to use with the coaching sessions, journal prompts related to the topic, action steps to help you apply what you’re learning, and a digital wallpaper

  • Access to the private FB Group so you can build relationships with other BFFs — over 430 of them! BFFs are showing up in this group daily to share encouragement, ask for advice, and celebrate Hustle Sanely wins

  • Monthly Plan Together Session - we get together on Zoom once a month to prep and plan for the following month together. We spend 50 minutes planning independently and 10 minutes sharing

  • Productivity Power Hours on Zoom Every Other Week - every other week, we meet together on Zoom so we can work on our to-do lists together

  • Non-fiction book recommendations for each quarterly topic to support your learning with a book club Zoom meeting to chat about our takeaways from the reading

  • BFF membership includes access to Jess’s virtual fiction book club — That’s What She Read Book Club™. This is a separate membership community but as a BFF, you don’t have to pay extra to be part of it

  • A quarterly challenge at the end of each quarter to help us weave healthy habits into our lives together — the community votes on the challenge topic and one participant each quarter wins a prize

  • A quarterly live Hustle Sanely 5™ move for 30 minutes guided workout with Jess once a quarter (and access to the HS5 move for 30 minutes archive library)

  • Attend a quarterly Round Table Q+A with Jess so she can answer any questions you have about living a peacefully productive life that might not be “on topic” for the quarter
